Visitors, conversations and what happens at your limit

Widgo counts visitors, not conversations. What each visitor gives you, what happens when you reach your allowance, and why your widget never stops working.

Widgo counts visitors, not conversations. A visitor is one person the widget appeared for, counted once on their first page load. Everything they do after that is included.

500 visitors is 500 profiles. Every one of them gets a record in your workspace, whether they speak to your agent or not.

What happens on the first page load

  • A record opens. Anonymous at first.

  • The company behind the visit is identified, when the match is confident.

  • That company is researched and kept up to date.

  • The visit is scored, so you can sort by who matters.

A visitor is not a conversation

Think of your allowance as the pool of people your agent gets to meet this month. Inside that pool, everything that happens is yours, and none of it costs extra.

They ask a question

The conversation lands in your inbox with the full transcript.

They leave an email

The anonymous profile becomes a named lead, scored and routed.

They book a demo

The meeting goes on your calendar with a brief attached.

They say nothing

You still keep the profile and the company behind it.

One visitor who sends forty messages and books a meeting costs exactly the same as one who reads a page and leaves. Talking is never charged.

The same person, a month apart

Day 1

Reads your pricing page and leaves. A profile is created with their company attached.

Day 12

Comes back. Same profile, higher score, not counted as a new visitor.

Day 31

Chats and leaves an email. The name lands on the profile that already existed. One lead, full history.

If they cleared their cookies in between, Widgo reconnects them from their device and network, and only when it points at one person. It leaves a profile anonymous rather than guess.

What a profile holds

First visit

Company, industry, size, location, device, entry page, referrer, campaign.

Over time

Every visit, time on site, the pages that pulled them back, a score that moves.

When they speak

Name, work email, role, what they asked, and the meeting if they booked one.

When you reach your limit

Your widget never stops. It keeps greeting, answering, qualifying and booking on your website, exactly as before. Your visitors never see a limit, an error or a missing agent.

Nothing is switched off and nothing is thrown away. Here is what actually changes.

On your site

No change at all. Conversations keep running and meetings keep getting booked.

Behind the scenes

Widgo keeps capturing every conversation, lead and identified company.

In your dashboard

New records arrive blurred. You can see they are there, you cannot read them yet.

If you upgrade

Everything unlocks, including the records that blurred before you upgraded.

Next month

Your allowance starts again and new records are readable as they arrive.

Records that blurred in an earlier month stay blurred until you upgrade. The monthly reset gives you a fresh allowance, it does not reopen what is already behind the blur.

What never counts

  • Bots and crawlers. Google, Ahrefs, uptime monitors and scrapers.

  • Return visits. The same browser stays the same visitor.

  • Anyone whose browser signals Global Privacy Control is never profiled.

  • Nobody is followed onto other websites. Identification is company level only.
